About me

I became a therapist because I know from personal experience how valuable it is to have space to think, talk openly, and be heard by someone outside of everyday life. Therapy can help us make sense of why we live and respond in the ways we do, creating space for greater understanding, reflection, and choice.

Before starting private practice, I worked within community counselling services in Greenwich and Lewisham, supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, complex relationships, and difficult life transitions.

I also have experience working in performing arts management, which has given me insight into creative and people-focused environments where passion and pressure can often sit closely together.

I hold a Level 4 Post Grad Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative Pathway) and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I offer a space that is steady, reflective, and unhurried, where you can begin to make sense of what feels difficult, confusing, or too much to hold alone.
